Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order value.

We offer different payment options such as online transactions, UPI and COD (cash on delivery). However, note, additional charges apply for COD. COD is available for select pin codes. Please check availability during checkout.

We kindly request that customers ensure someone is present at the delivery address to make the payment at the time of delivery.
Orders placed using COD will be confirmed via a verification call or message before processing.

Delivery times vary depending on location. Typically, orders are delivered within [7-10 business days] within India. For remote areas, delivery may take up more time.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details. You can track your package through the courier provider’s website or app.

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided or failure to collect, a re-shipping fee may apply. Please ensure accurate information to avoid delays.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs, weather conditions, or carrier-related issues. However, please reach out if your order is delayed, and we will do our best to assist.

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery date to arrange a replacement or refund, subject to our verification.
