Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags intact.

Exchange requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted.

Sale or discounted items are strictly non-exchangeable.
All exchange requests must be initiated via email (umeus.in@gmail.com) and are subject to product quality checks.
Exchange Shipping Policy

The company does not provide reverse pickup services.

Customers are required to return the product through any courier services of their choice at their own cost.

The company is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments during transit.
Cancellations

Orders cannot be be cancelled once placed.

However, changes (size or different product) can be made within 6 hours of order placement. All communications must be sent via email to umeus.in@gmail.com or phone (+91 9789759751).
