Refund/Exchange Policy

At U.me.us Clothing, we currently do not offer returns.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags intact.

• Exchange requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted.

• Sale or discounted items are strictly non-exchangeable.

All exchange requests must be initiated via email (umeus.in@gmail.com) and are subject to product quality checks.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of order placement.

• Cancellation requests must be sent via email to umeus.in@gmail.com.

• Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched.

Important Notes

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

• By placing an order, the customer agrees to all policies mentioned above.
