Refund Policy - the basics

Refunds are available for items returned within [24 hours] of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Certain items, such as sale items, gift cards, and custom orders, are non-refundable. Any specific non-refundable items will be clearly marked on the product page.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item otherwise.
